Have a Question?

If you’re curious or uncertain, that’s a beautiful place to start. You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly what you’re seeking — we can listen together and let the shape of the work reveal itself in its own time.

How long does the process usually take?
Most people move through in about 4–6 weeks of work. Thatspan allows the body, the mind, and the field between them to slow down, readywhat’s emerging, and begin to settle into what has opened. Ultimately timingaligns with listening and what feels optimal for the individual.
What happens during those weeks?
It often begins with a conversation, moves into supportive wholebeing (mind, body, spirit) awareness session, then a facilitated journey, andcontinues with weeks of integration and unfolding. You choose the support youneed—somatic work, creative creation/practice, or simple presence, to name afew—tailored to you.
Can another facilitator be involved?
Yes. If it feels aligned, I can invite a licensed co-facilitator to join your process—especially when balance or diverse presence matters. A separate fee covers their time; the intention remains steady presence, not added complexity.
Why do you recommend a multi-week process instead of a single session?
Because change that lasts is seldom an event alone—it’s the unfolding afterwards. The weeks of preparation and integration are where the insight roots, the nervous system settles, and the medicine becomes part of how you live.
What if I’ve already had psilocybin experiences or facilitation before?
We can meet you where you are. Whether you’re looking for integration, deeper layers, or new ground entirely, the plan adapts—your readiness, experience, and what’s calling you guide the shape of the work.
Where do psilocybin sessions take place?
The medicine is consumed only at licensed service centers in Oregon. Preparation and integration can happen in person or online. I work with several Oregon-based sites so we match the right setting to your needs, comfort, and budget.
How do I begin?
We start with a free 20-minute call to explore what’s drawing you here and whether this is a good fit. If it feels right, we co-create a plan—clear, paced, grounded.
